    We carefully select and test our fabrics to ensure that all garments are machine-washable. However, to keep your clothes looking their best, please follow the care instructions provided for each garment. When in doubt, hand washing is always a safe option. Our three rules to go by:  Hand wash — for delicate items stick to spot cleaning only. Soak for a few minutes, then treat with a fabric conditioner in the final rinse.  Wash in cold water— wash clothes in cold water, and always wait until you have a full load. Hang or lay flat to dry.  Steam and Ironing — turn your garment inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles.

    To ensure you have the best possible experience with us, we offer returns valid for 30 days from the day of receipt. Please be aware that you will need to cover the shipping cost for returning your item. To return your item, email us at care@trylerclub.com or call 0731-2990382. Return Procedure:  Ensure the item is in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.  Contact our customer service to initiate the return process and receive any necessary forms or instructions.  Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.  Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.  Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as final sale or products without tags, are not eligible for return.      Check with your bank: Verify if the amount has been deducted from your account.  Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your transaction details, including the date, amount, and reference number(s).  Transaction Verification: We will investigate the issue with our payment processor. If the transaction shows failed, we’ll ensure the deducted amount is promptly refunded to your account. Contact customer support with your transaction details for assistance.  Reorder: If needed, we can help you place a new order or offer additional instructions.

It is safe to use your credit and debit cards on TrylerClub. We prioritize the privacy of your banking details and employ stringent security measures to protect them. All credit/debit card processing and net banking transactions are conducted through secure connections that ensure your information is safeguarded. We use a nationally trusted CCAvenue payment gateway for our processing. Once your payment is confirmed, you can view your order details in the 'My Orders' section. You will also receive an order confirmation mail for the same.
