Trylerclub Fashion Brand Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Duration: We offer a streamlined return and exchange process within 3 days from the date of delivery.

NOTE : You have to share the product unpacking video within 24 hrs of receiving the order.

Returns and Exchange Procedure: Customers are eligible for hassle-free returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. The returned product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Please ensure that the products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Reverse Pick-Up Services: For eligible returns and exchanges, we offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund, irrespective of the number of items within the order. Pick-up attempts will be made twice, and if unsuccessful, customers will be required to send the shipment back to our warehouse address.

Refunds and Store Credits: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Condition and Hygiene Standards: We expect customers to return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, certain product categories, including accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, are non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards.

Self-Shipping for Returns: In cases where reverse pick-up services are unavailable, customers may courier the product(s) to our warehouse address mentioned below. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
